Please note that by popular demand voting opened August 22, 2008 and will run through October 15, 2008!
Please complete a separate entry form for each photo, you can include all entries and payment in one envelope or email. Entries must be received by September 15th, 2008. Photos must be submitted electronically via email or copied to a disk and mailed directly to Noah's Wish.
Please email entries to contest@noahswish.info Payment must be included if entry is by mail, online submissions must be paid for through our donation page http://www.noahswish.info/Donations.html click on Photo Contest under “Donate to a Specific Disaster or Campaign” and include the name and contestant number for your entry in the "comments" section.
Winning entries will be selected by popular vote, running from August 22, 2008 through October 15, 2008 . Each vote costs $1, voters may vote as often and as many times as they wish.
Make sure your friends and families visit the online voting booth to support your pet. Standings will be posted periodically so you can check out how your pet is doing.
The top 12 vote getters will be features on a set of notecards and made available to public for purchase.
Notecards will be available for purchase shortly after the conclusion of the photo contest. You may pre-order your notecards on the entry form, or at any time during or after the contest.
Rules
1. Only amateur photos are eligible.
2. By submitting a photo you are giving Noah’s Wish unrestricted and irrevocable rights to use the photo in any way, including but not limited to posting on the website, reproducing on notecards or other items, using for publicity to promote the contest and Noah’s Wish.
3. Digital photos must be in jpeg format, at least 300 dpi resolution.
4. All entries must be submitted by September 15, 2008.
5. Votes may be made by check or credit card, by mail or online. Votes submitted by mail should be sent to:

*Pet portrait is subject to terms and conditions set by the artist. Winner must supply a selection of good quality photos showing the pet from a variety of angles. Winner is responsible for shipping from Canada and for any taxes or duties imposed. Portrait will be matted but not framed. Winner should allow six weeks from receipt of the photos for completion of the portrait.
